Ram is stepping up the auditory experience for its 1500 RHO owners by introducing two dynamic MagnaFlow exhaust options. This strategic enhancement is a direct response to customer desires for a more pronounced and engaging engine note from their twin-turbocharged Hurricane V6 pickups. The move underscores Ram's dedication to refining its vehicle offerings based on driver feedback, ensuring that the RHO not only delivers robust performance but also a captivating sound that matches its assertive presence on and off the road.

Despite its impressive capabilities as a potent off-road contender and a surprisingly comfortable daily driver, the Ram 1500 RHO has sometimes been noted for a more subdued exhaust note compared to its V8-powered predecessors, such as the TRX. Recognizing this, Ram has partnered with MagnaFlow to develop exhaust systems that infuse the RHO with a much-desired \"attitude.\" Tim Kuniskis, CEO of the Ram brand, emphasized that performance extends beyond horsepower and torque, encompassing the entire sensory experience. The new exhaust options are designed to give drivers control over their truck's sound profile, allowing them to amplify its roar.

Among the newly unveiled options is the SPEQ Series Cat-Back Performance Exhaust, priced at $2,089. This system is engineered to provide a deep, resonant tone during acceleration while maintaining a more moderate sound level during regular cruising. It features dual five-inch black chrome tips, three-inch diameter mandrel-bent tubing, and a full stainless-steel cat-back construction. Key components also include a MagnaFlow Tru-X crossover pipe, dual mufflers, and valve-integrated mid-pipes, complemented by MagnaFlow’s No Drone Technology (NDT) to prevent unwanted cabin resonance, ensuring a refined experience when desired.

For enthusiasts seeking a more tailored and aggressive sound, the xMOD Cat-Back Performance Exhaust is available, starting at $3,099. This advanced system builds upon the SPEQ Series' foundation but offers unparalleled customization. Owners can select from six distinct exhaust notes, progressively increasing in intensity and volume, thanks to three interchangeable modules. The xMOD system also allows for a choice between standard valve-integrated pipes or valve-delete pipes for its mid-pipe modules, along with race-grade V-band clamps for secure connections. Both exhaust systems come with a two-year warranty, providing peace of mind for owners.

These exhaust upgrades reflect Ram's ongoing commitment to its customers and its strategy of continuous improvement for the 1500 lineup. The introduction of these highly anticipated MagnaFlow exhaust options addresses a key aspect of driver engagement, offering a more visceral connection to the RHO's powerful engine. It's a clear indication that Ram values driver input and strives to deliver an experience that truly excites and satisfies its community.
